It is with great sadness that Dundry Parish Council has learned
of the passing of The Duke of Edinburgh.
Our thoughts are with The Queen and her family at this difficult time.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions in place and following
the wish of the Royal Family for everyone to stay safe,
there will be no public gatherings, books of condolences
or sites for laying floral tributes.
There will be a flag flown at half-mast at the Royal British Legion,
a single church bell will be rung on Saturday 10 April at 12noon
and the Church is open as planned from 12 to 2.
People are invited to come to pay their respects and reflect
but asked to observe the social distancing guidelines given by the church wardens.
If you wish to express your condolences to the Royal Family, you can do so online at
Dundry Parish Council will do so on behalf of the community as well.
